[Histonet] ALK FISH Validation Protocol

Does anybody have or have access to a validation protocol for FISH?  Specifically, ALK and ROS testing in NSCLS cancer patients?  How many samples are sufficient for validation?  Where can one their hands on cases that are positive for ALK or ROS break apart (without buying tissue)?
