[Histonet] Competency Assessment

Good Morning Everyone,

Does anyone have a competency assessment with the six elements of competency included that they would be willing to share with me?  I have not been the best at keeping up with my department's competency and now we have a new lab director and he is asking that I improve what I have in place because I currently do not list the six elements that is being required by CAP.
