[Histonet] Alk pho staining on paraffin section

Hi,

I couldn't do on paraffin tissue after trying a few times. But works fine on MMA plastic section.
If any one has a practical protocol, please share. Thanks in advance.

I was wondering if anyone has had success in staining osteoblasts via
alkaline phosphatase in decaled ffpe tissues? Currently using a sigma kit
without success even with pre-incubating overnight with magnesium chloride.
