[Histonet] Schiff : room temp or not

Not ALL Schiff's NEED to be stored in the refrigerator. I use a Schiff's from Newcomer and it says to store at 15-30C (59-86F). It comes with a long shelf life and stains beautifully and can be reused a couple of times all at room temp. So why would I want to put this in the refrigerator?
