Dear Histo Wisdom, I would like to use Elmer' s glue (I have Elmer's glue Glue-All multi-purpose glue) to coat slides so that my FFPE mouse femur sections remain on the slide after HIER during IHC. Is one type of Elmer' s glue better than other types? Do you have a working protocol? Please help me! Regards, Mesru
