Prepare a 2% solution. Immerse the slides and place them vertically so they drain the excess.
To the oven at 60ºC for 15 minutes.
Store or use.

Subject: [Histonet] elmer' s glue slide coating protocol
Dear Histo Wisdom,
I would like to use Elmer' s glue (I have Elmer's glue Glue-All
multi-purpose glue) to coat slides so that my FFPE mouse femur sections
remain on the slide after HIER during IHC. Is one type of Elmer' s glue
better than other types? Do you have a working protocol?
Please help me!
Regards,
Mesru
