Report this to the tech support. We had to have an adjustment and also got rid of a bad lot of coverglass. they replaced it at no cost to us.

Is anyone having problems with moisture on the slide, bubbles and misaligned coverslips or multiple coverslips. If so, what are they being told from Ventana? What have they done to resolve issues?
