Light green SF and Fast green FCF are extremely similar triarylmethyl
dyes that are almost the same color, and fast green can be substituted
as a counterstain. Light green may have gone out of manufacture.
Triarylmethyl dyes are potent carcinogens, and they could become hard
to get or work with in the future.
