[Histonet] Cryojane Model 400

I just want to know if  anybody out there in histoland have an Instrumedics cryojane Model 400 that is more than 10 years old and the spare parts like the UV bulb, heating pad are still supported by a company.  Leica just  told me this afternoon that they do not support any spare parts of an instrument more than 10 years old. Please give me your feedback. Thank you.
