Joyce,
We disposed of of tissues and their containers after 6 weeks on the shelf. Outdated blocks were placed in the same totes used for the tissues and picked up by an outside company for incineration.

How does everyone handle disposing of blocks that are more than 10 years old? Are they incinerated, hauled away by a waste management company or just thrown in the trash.
In Maryland I was told they can't be thrown in the regular trash by a state waste official.
