[Histonet] Sperm Hy-liter use?

Hi Histonetters,

The lab I just joined uses a sperm hyliter kit for the detection for the 
quantitative count of sperm in samples... however they seem to be getting a 
lot of non specific binding/background. Are there any of you out there that 
have a specific method for the detection of human sperm via 
immunoflourescence? Kits, protocols, suggestions are welcome!
