A few years ago I spent a lot of effort on using Serotec's mouse
anti-porcine CD31 for ffpe porcine tissue and I did get some positive
results with unusual pretreatment methods, as I recall I had to use a
waterbath for hier set at 70dc for 3 hours in hph buffer. I will look
up the method at work on Monday and send it to you if you contact me
again to remind me.
