[Histonet] IF colocalization with 2 rabbit antibodies

Hi All,
I know this might be a dumb question.  

Has anyone been able to perform CO-IF staining with two rabbit antibodies with
confidence in specificity of the signals?  I am worried that using the same
specie antibody with cause specificity issues.  I'm interested in staining
p-S6RP and p-44/42 (two rabbit mAb from cell signaling) on the same section of
mouse tissue. 

Any suggestions would be very helpful even if people have tried and failed; that
would be good to know.
