Sebastian,
The following article uses a heated detergent solution to dewax and rehydrate sections. I have not as yet used it myself but I plan to try it at some time.

I have been trying to deparafinize section in the lab, but I cannot  get the right time and  power for the MW oven, does any one has a protocol for this .
