[Histonet] need help with in-situ hybridization buffer

Hello All
 
We need to make up a hybridization buffer for in-situ on paraffin
sections, we are using a genedetect probe, I was wondering if there are
any commercially available buffers or a simpler one that the one in the
Gene Detect protocol.  Any advice would be appreciated.
