[Histonet] plastic sectioning for light microscopy-HELP!!

Hi Danielle,
Way back in my distant past I did GMA for OHSU
Surgical Path Dept.  We would put a few drops of
acetone in our water.  The section would spin a little
on the water then settle.  This helped to remove
wrinkles.  We would then place the slide on a slide
warmer to further smooth out wrinkles and adhere the
section.
