[Histonet] Career ladder/path

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to come up with a structured career ladder in histology and
immunohistochemistry with increasing levels of responsibility and the
appropriate increasing levels of compensation.  Does anyone have a good model
that they would like to share with me?
