[Histonet] threshhold for antibody binding

We have an antibody that binds well at a 1:75 dilution, but does not appear
to bind at all when the dilution is 1:85. Has anyone noticed a similar
phenomenon: a sharp dilution threshhold below which the antibody works well
and above which it does not work at all?
