Hi Everybody, I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with staining FFPE Human prostate for TDP52, EZH2, or Hepsin. I've given EZH2 a few tries now and the only thing that ever stains cytoplasm of smooth muscle, not the nuclei of cancer cells. Anyway, any information would be greatly appreciated.
