[Histonet] mosquito section on floatation bath

Hi Histonetters,
      I am having a problem when I place FFPE mosquito sections on the
floatation bath.  The abdomen explodes.  This is happening only with
experimentally infected mosquitoes and not with noninfected mosquitoes. I
tried lowering the temperature of the floatation bath.  Any suggestions?
