Hello Histonetters, I have a question for you, I am doing FISH Her2 with the Vysis kit. Can anyone tell me what the concentration and pH of the "Ptretreatment" (Sodium Thiocyante) solution is? Are any of you making up your own?? Thanks in advance, Colleen Forster
