I do not know of any books that contain this information but it is
everything I have learned the hard way (trial and error)  over the 
years. It is based on experience in surgical pathology but I believe 
many of these concepts will apply to a variety of applications.I hope
 you find it useful. If anyone cares to add anything to this 
or criticize the content I wecome any comments and new information 
and will credit them on the web site.
