I have never seen nuclear staining with CD20 (clone L26). Which
pretreatment and detection system are you using?

Hello fellow histo-netters,

I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced nuclear staining
occuring when using the CD-20 antibody. The tonsil control will look
great....then you look at the patient tissue(almost always skin for us) and
some of the nuclei of the keratinocytes in the epidermis and even some
nuclei in the dermis might light up bright red(we use AEC). You can
actually see the nuclear detail very well. This problem doesn't happen all
the time so I am not sure what it could be.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
