[Histonet] another background / non-specific staining problem

I had a similar problem when staining non-perfused sheep placenta 
with eNOS and someone (I think it was Gayle) on Histonet suggest 
putting my slides in 1% NaOH (the other 99 being ethanol) 
solution. I've been putting my slides in 1% NaOH for 15 min after 
the peroxide and it has worked well.
