[Histonet] Quantum dot immunohistochemistry

Dear Histonet users,

I would like to ask you for advice. I am starting with quantum dot
conjugated secondary antibody immunohistochemistry. I have tried one trial
with the same protocol I use with Alexa Fluor. Secondary antibody
concentration 1:100 (1:50 is recommended by chemicon), but I have terrible
background. Does anybody have idea what is "best" working dilution?
