[Histonet] Cutting Control Slides

 I am considering starting a control cutting service ot home. Does anyone know of anyone who does this?. I am going to need to know about the regs. etc about procuring blocks etc. I would like to market them to research and industry.
 This is in the very early  research stages. I thought several years ago I heard of a company who would set you up and/or buy the slides from you.
