You better check with your town/city public health department - they may
have issues with you working on human/animal tissue at home (if they
don't, your neighbors will).  What are you going to do about waste
disposal?  Where are you planning on getting your tissue?

 I am considering starting a control cutting service ot home. Does
anyone know of anyone who does this?. I am going to need to know about
the regs. etc about procuring blocks etc. I would like to market them to
research and industry.
 This is in the very early  research stages. I thought several years
ago I heard of a company who would set you up and/or buy the slides from
you.
