[Histonet] perfusing rodent embryos

Dear histonetters,

Can anyone explain how to perfuse rodent embryos (E18) with PFA? I've tried
perfusing the mothers, this works partially, but still have a lot of red
blood cells in my sections. I've heard it is possible to perfuse embryos by
the umbelical cord. Does anyone have an article, pictures or schema showing
how and where (finding the right artery ?) what's the appropriate needle
guage, pump speed, and perfusion time, etc.
