Good morning clinical research community,



We look forward to welcoming you to the first Clinical Research Professionals Day, on Tuesday, November 12th from 11am-1pm in the ND14 Open Dining Hall (T Boone Pickens Biomedical Research Building, 14th floor. Address: 6001 Forest Park Road, Dallas, TX 75390)


We are excited to announce that the Awards Ceremony will be at 12pm and we would encourage you to ensure your visit coincides with the ceremony to celebrate your fellow CRP award winners! A full agenda can be found below:


Agenda for the Day

  *   11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Pick up box lunches, eat and chat, engage in any interactive activities (e.g. photo booth), network with department and group representatives!

  *   12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Award Ceremony. Presenters: Dr. Robert Toto, Dr. Eric Peterson, and Dr. Bhanu Pappu.

  *   12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Winners and leadership take official photographs. All guests are welcome to stay and network, eat, and wrap up any activities!



Due to high levels of interest in this event, we would encourage you to arrive as early as possible as we will only be able to provide food and swag to the first 250 pre-registered attendees. If you arrive after this, or have not pre-registered to attend, we would still love to see you as we will have extra desserts out for everyone to enjoy and all attendees can participate in our networking and photobooth!
