[OCRcommunications] Updated Velos-Florence Integration for Pre-existing Studies Tip Sheet

Good Afternoon,

The OCR has updated the tip sheet for the Velos-Florence integration for pre-existing studies (manually created study folders in Florence before the Velos-Florence integration go-live).  We have added the tip sheet to the OCR website for your convenience.  We hope you find this tip sheet helpful.

As a reminder:


  *   Please make sure to remove any labels that you may have created (can be department name/PI's name etc.) for the study folder before pushing it from Velos to Florence. The existence of the labels may create duplicate study folders when you push the study from Velos to Florence.

For removing the labels, please follow the below instructions:


  1.  Select the study folder and click on 'Rename/Update'.

  1.  Click on 'Remove" next to the label and 'Save' your changes/update.
