[OCRcommunications] Update - Florence eRegulatory Management System

Dear Research Community,

Several study teams are adopting the Florence eRegulatory Management System for study start-up and for managing regulatory workflow. Since we are beginning to integrate Velos with Florence, mandatory use of the Florence system has been pushed back for all interventional studies until Q2 2023.

We anticipate that with this integration, the System will automate and streamline study team role creation based on Velos study data and will reduce manual entry for eBinder Admins and Team Admins.

While the integration is being completed, the System will still be available for use. We strongly recommend using the Florence eRegulatory Management system for all your study start up, regulatory management, and study monitoring needs as applicable.
