Dear Colleagues,

We have an update to share on Florence Integration. We ran into design issues related to synchronization at the division level information which required us to develop a custom code in Velos.

We just got an update from the vendor that they will start the work this week. It takes about 6 weeks to code and test the fix.

Even though the system is currently available for everyone to use, integration with Velos is expected to be launched in June 2023.
This integration automates study creation based on Velos's data, including granting study-level access to all study personnel listed in Velos.
Once integrated, team administrators no longer need to create study folders manually and assign roles to the study personnel.
The use of Florence for all clinical trials will become mandatory as soon as the integration is implemented in June 2023.

We will send the Go Live date as soon as we finish testing of the software fix. Please continue to use Florence in the meantime and do not hesitate to reach out to us for any questions.
