[Histonet] Xylene substitutes

Good morning

My lab is thinking about switching to a xylene substitute to reduce the smell and toxicity being emitted from the lab. Could someone discuss the best alternatives to produce optimal results for colon and esophagus biopsies? What are the pros and cons of each?
