[Histonet] IHC protocols for mice and rats

Does anyone have a protocol for IHC testing on mice and rats for Ki-67 and
Caspase-3 active cleaved?
Mainly I am looking for what species primary antibody works best with which
secondary species antibody.

I am trying to work out the background issues I am having with my detection
kit and stainer (its not an open system) so I am looking to see where I can
make changes to clean up my results (I can send more details in personal
responses)
