I'd love to hear your input
On breast mastectomy cases with sentinel lymph nodes, what is your cutting protocol for sentinel lymph nodes sent for frozen section?
How many frozen levels?
How many permanent section Levels?
Any unstained ffpe sections saved or stained IHC?
I'm just trying to make sure that what we're doing is the norm.  Thanks in advance.
