[Histonet] destain for IHC

Hi Nancy,

We use our Acid alcohol solution from our AFB Stain. It pulls off the Eosin and leaves a faded Hematoxylin behind. We counterstain in Hematoxylin anyway so we find this protocol effective. Then we remove the deparaffinization step from our IHC protocol and run the slide.

1% Acid Alcohol
70% Alcohol......99ml
HCL...................1ml
