[Histonet] IHC staining of cartilage

We use P8920 Sigma-Aldrich Poly-L-lysine solution. Great retention without excess background staining. You can prep a rack of slides in diluted solution but we put a gloved finger over the end of the bottle and and swipe it down the slide at full strength. Let the slide dry and move forward as you normally would.
