For those of you that are not on Facebook you may not already know that yesterday Freida Carson, PhD became one of our Histology Angels.  I had the privilege of having her as my Histology Educator long before she wrote her first edition of Histotechnology.  But more precious to me than having her as my educator was that she was a friend.  She will be missed.  Thank you Freida for all that you have given to the Histology Profession and to me.  Rest In Peace singing in the Angels Choir.
