[Histonet] Order Test in Histology

Happy Friday Everyone,

How do your pathologist get orders to the histology department? Are they sent manual(pencil/paper) - electronic through the case  - email?

Also how do you receive orders from outside facilities? We currently receive our orders via email or fax. This process needs to  be improved.

Do pathology reports serve as a signed order for pathologist?
