[Histonet] Night shift staffing

Just looking for how other labs staff their department, specifically if you utilize a night shift. Particularly if you are a hospital lab. What hours does your night shift work, 8, 10, 12 hour shifts or such. I’m just curious how the rest of y’all handle this. I know this is a touchy subject and I’m not looking to start any drama, just curious.
