[Histonet] Productivity to include grossing

Hi. We have grossing histotechs in our lab and I’m wondering how to include their grossing time into our lab’s productivity values. I was recently told that the time spent grossing is not included in our productivity but is included in the professional fees that our pathologists charge. Does anyone know how to have the value & possibly the $$ to somehow “count” for our grossing lab techs?
