[Histonet] stored in 80% isopropanol

Yes, but I plan to put them in my processor starting at 95% ETOH and continue with my regular processing. I am assuming there should be no issues with that correct?

80% Isopropanol has 20% water. You will still have water in the tissue.

Hi,
If tissue is fixed in formalin ( I do not know if it is 10% NBF) then put in 80 % isopropanol  can the tissue be processed as if it was in ETOH? What are the effects to the tissue stored in isopropanol?
