[Histonet] RVU for Histology

Good Morning,
I think we are getting the short end of the stick when it is coming to productivity.   Can anyone give me insight on how they are calculating their RVU's for productivity in the Histology Lab?   I am busy as all get out and administration is saying our productivity is low.
