Hi everyone, I am trying to stain some tissues embedded in Osteo-bed. Does anyone have a recipe for McNeal's trichrome? Also I am having a tough time getting the sections to stay adhered to positive charged slides. Any recommendations? The sections are thin. Couple microns maybe. Thanks for any help! Mike
