Make sure of insurance coverage and safety for the employee and that they are covered in case of injury - are they still clocking in and out in some fashion..... just thinking in a bigger box.

I don't see a problem with a research setting. If it was patient care, CLIA would need to inspect the set up in the person home. The same goes for our pathologists who read slide at home.
