[Histonet] Thyroglobulin TGB04+TGB05 Not Working in Canine and Feline

Hello,
                We had to switch sources (to Novus) for Thyroglobulin TGB04+TGB05 and cannot get it to work in canines or felines. Data sheet suggests 1:100, pH6 citrate antigen retrieval. We've also tried zero AR and pH9 EDTA AR, to no avail. Any suggestions?
