I will say that Cell Marque/Millipore was very supportive through this.  So, for those of you who are using Cancer Diagnostics HSV-2 control slides, they are working on a resolution and will replace their "bad" slides.  I was told that the staining is "hit or miss, "  hopefully you all have the "hit" slides.
