[Histonet] Surepath stains

Hello-
This is regarding Surepath pap stain processing on the BD Totalys.
We switched to the new Totalys in late November and are having a lot of staining issues.
We have had many visits with field service.
Is anyone using this and having issues with inconsistent staining?
