[Histonet] IHC Control Slide Longevity

Hello all,
                Do any of you have to cut any of you antibody controls "fresh"? We currently cut the MUM-1 fresh, and the Synaptophysin. (We seldom do a Syanpt., and have found the fresh cut patient tissue has been positive while the not-so-fresh positive control slide is negative.
                Any comments are - as always, are appreciated.
