[Histonet] Muscle Enzyme Histochemistry

Hello Histology World!!!

Can muscle placed in Gluteraldehyde be processed for structure?  In this situation, all tissue was placed in Glut and we need to perform Enzyme Histochemistry but we have no fresh tissue.
